Terms & Refund Policy

Licenses

A SirenCore license is linked to the Discord account you sign in with at checkout. It is personal and may not be shared or resold. You must be a member of the SirenCore Discord server to buy.

Lifetime licenses never expire. Licenses bought before SirenCore 2.0 remain lifetime licenses.

Ownership

SirenCore, including its code, interface, layout, workflow, graphics and name, belongs to us. Buying a license gives you the right to use the software. It does not give you ownership of it or any right to copy it.

The light patterns and files you create and export with SirenCore are yours. You may use them on your own vehicles and on vehicles you make for others, including paid work.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Copy, recreate or imitate SirenCore, or any part of its design, layout, features, workflow or visual style, to make a competing or substantially similar product. This applies whether it is done by hand, with AI tools, or any other way.
• Take screenshots, recordings or notes of SirenCore in order to do the above, or give them to someone else who does.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the software, or try to get around its license checks.
• Share, resell or rent your license or your download.

Showing SirenCore in videos, tutorials, reviews and screenshots is welcome, as long as it is not for the purpose of copying it.

Breaking these terms

If you break these terms, we may end your license immediately and without a refund. This includes Lifetime licenses. You will also be permanently banned from buying or using any current or future SirenCore products, under any account. We may also remove you from the SirenCore Discord and send copyright takedown requests against any copy of SirenCore.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Monthly, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month plans renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your saved payment method at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, your access is not extended and the app will ask you to renew once your paid time runs out. Your projects stay saved.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account page using "Manage subscription". You keep access until the end of the time you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Because access is delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after cancelling.

If you were charged by mistake (for example a renewal you meant to cancel, or a duplicate charge), contact us in our Discord within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.

If a refund is issued, the license for that purchase ends immediately — this includes Lifetime licenses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Price changes for subscriptions apply from your next renewal, and we'll announce them in Discord beforehand.

Using SirenCore after the terms are updated means you accept the updated terms.
